As a Board member of the Pueblo Association of Home Builders, and also the Colorado Association of Home Builders, and a member of the National Association of Home Builders, I am on top of what is happening in the industry.
There are many excellent builders in the Pueblo area. I know many of them, and am familiar with thier products. I don't represent any one builder, so I can give you plenty of options! Some builders are known for exceptional quality, and others for exceptional affordability. Some do production housing which takes some stress out of the process by giving you a basic home with only a few choices having to be made by you. Other builders will design a custom home just for you and you can be as involved as you would like to be!
